Technical Specifications

Dual-processor Dell Poweredge^TM servers running UNIX, located in our on-site machine room. Recorded uptime of our primary shared webserver for Q3 2006 is 99.97%.

All web hosting packages provide the following features as standard:

• FTP access (please note: Netsight do not support Microsoft FrontPage Extensions on our shared webservers)
• Level II (office hours) technical support via telephone and email
• Statistics reporting (Analog)
• Support for Server-side Includes, CGI scripts, PHP and Perl, Python
• Unlimited email aliases for each POP3 account (a POP3 account provides a mailbox to which one or more email addresses can be delivered)
• Email forwarding if required
• Transfer/Mapping of up to 10 existing domain names
• We also offer support for database applications, such as MySQL. Please phone us for more details as extra charges may be applicable
